Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high levels of customer service via Telephone and emails.
  • Working as part of the Service Team, maintaining high levels of confidentiality, .
  • Deal with Customer Queries quickly and effectively.
  • Handle large volumes of inbound calls.
  • Demonstrate high levels of customer service, accurately handle a variety of questions and implement information/advice taught throughout training to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Effectively handle any customer complaints, attempting a first-point resolution where possible and escalating any complaints through relevant channels.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Computer confident, have the ability to quickly learn new internal systems.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • high attention to detail
  • Careful listening skills
  • Contact Center experience is not essential
  • Have the genuine passion to deliver excellent customer service
