Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high levels of customer service via Telephone, Emails and Social Media.
  • Working as part of the Service Team, maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Deal with Customer Queries.
  • Handle large volumes of calls in a quickly manner.
  • Demonstrate high levels of customer service, accurately handle a variety of questions.
  • Effectively handle any customer complaints.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Contact Centre experience
