Hours of work: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday
Start Date: Ideally prior to 26th April 2019
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with the ability to supervise a team of Customer Service Advisors who are responsible for providing an excellent front line customer support service.
You will act as an escalation point for queries advisors are unable to resolve first hand as well as supporting the business with the recruitment, training and development of the customer service team.
This position will be reporting directly to the Business Manager and providing additional support to them where required.
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
- Team Leader experience within a Customer Service environment
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Have the ability to multi task
