Our client based in the Deeside area are currently looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a long-term maternity cover contract. The purpose of this role is to provide admin support to the Supply Chain Team to ensure customer requirements are met.

Remuneration package

  • £19,000k – £21,000k per annum dependant on experience
  • Monday – Friday / Office Hours

The Role

  • Booking delivered raw materials onto the system
  • Collate a list of orders/products that need to go out daily
  • Process dispatches ready for collection
  • Allocating materials to the production jobs
  • Organising collections with hauliers
  • Putting orders onto the system
  • Closing jobs on the plan
  • Organising pre-advices with external storage
  • Electronically checking stocks
  • Liaising with customers regarding deliveries and shorts/additions
  • Collate invoice paperwork ready for accounts
  • Adjust customer /NPD samples on the Ross system
  • Distribute daily shortage report to accounts, factory and site managers
  • Record all chep movements on the chep system
  • Completing other general administration duties as requested

Experience Required

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
  • You must be reliable with good time keeping and attendance record
  • Good understanding of English
  • Ability to work as part of a close team and as an individual
  • The ability to transpose with other roles in the department
